SAFETY: The basic motto of our camps is safety first. Therefore, on the very first day, we will divide the participants into groups according to the riding level of each rider. Subsequently, we will go over the behavior in the skatepark or snowpark, and only after this process we go riding - of course, each group will then have a lesson set according to the given riding experience. On the first evening, there is always a first aid workshop where we summarize everything and show practical demonstrations that can help campers manage situations. Each of our trainers has a valid first aid course.

HEALTH: In case of health problems or injuries, participants are provided with immediate care. In necessary cases, medical assistance is also called, or transport to a medical facility is arranged. In the registration forms, it is important to always enter the phone number of the legal representative so that we can immediately notify the parents of any problems that have arisen. In the case of health problems, allergies or other problems, it is necessary to indicate in the registration form in a note what kind of problems could occurred.

SUPERVISION: You don't have to worry about your children at our camps. Underage camp participants have increased supervision throughout the day and night. Our instructors are ready to further solve health problems, or difficulties with allergies or other problems. The minimum age and riding level of each camper must always be fullfilled in the registration form of the campsite in order to avoid misclassification of participants.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL: Narcotics and alcohol are not tolerated at all on our campsites. Increased attention is paid to the control and use of alcohol and narcotic substances, which are strictly prohibited in the case of underage camp participants. We immediately inform the legal representative about the possible situation, and the discovery of this fact may result in the immediate termination of the participant's stay, thereby eliminating the possibility of financial compensation from the organizer.

LANGUAGE: The language means the language in which the entire camp will be conducted. Since our camps are organized all acrosses Europe, it is necessary to check in advance who will coach the camp and in what language it will be conducted.

ACCOMMODATION: We always choose accommodation as close as possible to the sport center where the camp will take place. We always try to divide the campers according to age categories so that intergenerational inequality does not arise. If possible, we can accommodate siblings together, but this must be written in the registration form. Boys and girls are accommodated separately.

DIET: If your child is allergic to something or takes any medication, it must be written in the note on the registration form. It should also be stated if he is vegetarian or vegan. We always try to accommodate everyone as much as possible. Meals are served 3 times a day, with 1 meal always being a main meal.

TRANSPORTATION: Unless otherwise stated in the description of the campsite, pick-up is always provided. There are always written points where we will recruit camp participants. Participants are always driven from these points to their accommodation and then, if necessary, they are also driven between sports venues and accommodation.
