  • About me:

    Introduction

Hey, I’m Martin Ondrejovič, a freestyle snowboard coach, snowpark shaper, and skateboard instructor currently based in Zurich, Switzerland. For more than a decade I’ve been dedicated to board sports, combining coaching, terrain park building, and event organization. My goal is simple: help riders progress, create creative freestyle environments, and support a strong snowboard and skateboard community.

    Coaching & Certifications

I hold a Snowboard Instructor License C from SAPUL in Tatranská Lomnica, Slovakia, and a Snowboard Instructor License B from APUL at Kitzsteinhorn, Austria. Alongside snowboarding, I’m also a certified Level III Skateboard Instructor from the Czech Skateboarding Association in Prague, Czech Republic.

Over the years, I’ve spent eight winter seasons working as a snowboard instructor in Germany, France, Switzerland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, coaching riders of all levels and adapting my teaching style to different mountains, snow conditions, and riding cultures.

    Snowpark Shaping & Design

Freestyle terrain building has become one of my core specialties. I’ve worked over 10 seasons as a snowpark shaper, building and maintaining terrain parks in resorts such as Dachstein West, St. Anton, Pizol, Feldberg, and Špindlerův Mlýn.

A major highlight of my career was working as Head Shaper for the SBX World Cup 2017 in Feldberg, Germany, where I led the shaping team responsible for preparing the snowboard cross course for international competition.

I have also worked as Head Shaper and Freestyle Instructor at Špindlerův Mlýn and as a park designer and funslope manager in Pizol, Switzerland, focusing on creative park layouts, safe freestyle features, and progressive riding environments.

    Community & Events

Beyond coaching and park building, I stay active in the skateboarding scene as well. I organize events such as the Rippin Skateboard Event and run Progress Skateboard Camps, creating opportunities for riders to improve their skills and connect with the freestyle community.
