Progress Skateboard Camp Liptov | STARTER June 29 - July 4, 2025

The 4. edition of the successful Progress Skateboard Camp Liptov will take place this year in three sessions at the beginning, middle, and end of the summer holidays:

June 29 - July 4, 2025 – STARTER (first week of the holidays)

July 27 - August 1, 2025 – MIDDER (mid-summer)

August 24 - August 29, 2025 – FINISHER (last week of the holidays)

The STARTER camp will run from June 29 (Sunday) to July 4 (Friday), 2025.

This year, the program will be even more packed than last year! We’ve added 2 extra days and several new activities, so you have a lot to look forward to!

Coaching will take place not only in the skatepark but also outside of it, where you’ll learn everything important for safely progressing in skateboarding as quickly as possible, and most importantly, without unnecessary injuries.

During the 5 days, we will visit four different skateparks: Liptovský Mikuláš, Poprad, Martin, and Pribylina.

In addition to skateboarding, we’ll dedicate a whole day in the middle of the week to relaxation in the Kalameny thermal spring, followed by essential regeneration workshops focused mainly on breathing and stretching for extreme sports like skateboarding.

Everything will be led by experienced coaches, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn new tricks and progress in skateboarding without unnecessary injuries.

Besides skateboarding, there will be opportunities to jump on a professional trampoline, challenge yourself on a slackline, or exercise in a workout playground, learning which exercises are the most important for skateboarding.

Riders who make the most progress during the camp will be rewarded with prizes from sponsors.

Weekly Program:

Sunday: Arrival at the camp from 6:00 PM, getting to know each other, room assignments, and training schedule planning.

Monday: Skatepark Liptovský Mikuláš, later gymnastics gym in Liptovský Mikuláš, finishing with a workout.

Tuesday: Skatepark Martin, followed by a warm-up and stretching session.

Wednesday: Rest day – various cardio-balance workouts, swimming, trampoline, and pump track.

Thursday: Skatepark Martin, followed by a warm-up and stretching session.

Friday: Skatepark Poprad, later skatepark Liptovský Mikuláš, camp ends at 3:00 PM.

Daily Schedule:

7:00 – Wake-up

7:00 - 8:00 – Breakfast

8:00 - 9:00 – Transfer to the park

9:00 - 9:30 – Warm-up + setting daily goals for everyone

9:30 - 10:00 – Skateboarding and getting familiar with the park

10:00 - 12:00 – Riding and training with the coaches

12:00 - 1:00 – Lunch break

1:00 - 2:00 – Warm-up + free skateboarding

2:00 - 5:00 – Riding and training with the coaches

5:00 - 5:30 – Departure from the park

5:30 - 6:00 – Stretching

6:00 - 7:00 – Dinner + daily review

7:00 - 10:00 – Personal free time, leisure activities, video watching, balance boards, workshops

10:00 – Lights out
